E-Governance

The term e-governance concerns the legal aspects that concern website owners and visitors. Some of these are legally required and a site owner who chooses to ignore these requirements is leaving him/herself open to possible prosecution.

All websites should have a Privacy Policy section which informs potential customers that your website will protect their online details whilst they are using it and that their information will not be shared with another party unless they opt-in.
